Net worth (+spouse) of $2,000,000 and a 5-year term guaranteed investment of $1,200,000.
2 years of management experience in the last 5 years.
Sign an investment agreement with an authorized financial intermediary.

Quebec Family Sponsorship

This process generally has the same conditions as the Federal program.
The income requirement changes.

Quebec Entrepreneur Stream 1

Create a new business
Have a service offer from a business accelerator /incubator /university entrepreneurship center

Quebec Entrepreneur Stream 2

Create a new business or acquire an existing one that has been in business for the 5 previous years
Startup deposit: $300,000 in the MMR/$200,000 outside the MMR.
Security deposit of $200,000.
Net worth (+2 spouse) of $900,000.
Hold 25% of a business you create OR 51% if buying it

Quebec Skilled Worker

Highschool graduate.
Valid job offer.
Language:
– French: CLB7/B2.
– English CLB 5 (for extra points).
Work experience of 6 months in the last 5 years in a NOC 0, A, B C occupation. Full time or equivalent.

Quebec Self-Employed

Net worth (+spouse) of $100,000.
Start up deposit of $50,000 to practice in the Montreal Metropolitan Region or $25,000 to practice outside of the region.
2 years of self-employed experience in the last 5 years in the same field as profession intended to conduct in Quebec.
